Our Essence
On Their Way interviews up-and-coming artists and professionals who are on their way to success. There is nothing as exciting as seeing someone excel at something that they love, and we are glad to embody that.
Our Story
As WGC founder, Jade Madison Scott was building and developing WGC she wished that she was able to talk over her struggles and thoughts with other up-and-coming creators. The idea stuck with her until she decided that its emphasis on community would make it the perfect concept for WGC's flagship show.
The first season highlights the Black creatives who are carving their paths to greatness, as well as, various students and alumni of Jade's alma mater, Howard University.
